Manually Pushing an Order into Business Hub When Using a Manual Workflow

When integrating Shopify with DecoNetwork (DN), you may choose a manual workflow for Shopify order processing in DN. In this setup, the "Automatically submit new orders that are ready" option is disabled, meaning that orders will not be automatically sent to production. Instead, orders that meet all the criteria for production will appear with the status "Ready to Submit." This allows the DN operator to review and manually push orders into Business Hub for production, providing an opportunity for additional oversight and any necessary last-minute adjustments.

To Manually Push an Order into Business Hub for Production When Using a Manual Workflow

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. If you are the fulfillment center, browse to Admin > Websites.
   

   Click on the Manage button beside the store you want to configure.

   
3. Select FulFill Shopify Orders from the Store menu.
   

   The Fulfill Shopify Orders page is loaded in the work area.

4. Click on the Orders tab.
   
5. Identify orders ready for production.

   Orders are ready for production if they have the status "Ready to Submit".

6. Click on the order number of the order you want to submit.
   
7. Click on the Submit Order for Fulfillment button.
   
8. Click OK.
