When managing Shopify orders in DecoNetwork (DN), you may encounter situations where you need to replace a mapped design with a new one. This could be due to changes in design specifications, customer requests, or errors in the initial design upload. Follow these steps to replace a mapped design for Shopify orders in DN.
To Replace a Mapped Design for Shopify Products in DecoNetwork
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Websites.
Click on the Manage button beside the store you want to configure.
- Select FulFill Shopify Orders from the Store menu.
The Fulfill Shopify Orders page is loaded in the work area.
- Click on the Orders tab.
- Click on the name of the product for which you want to replace the design.
The Match Product popup is displayed.
- Click on the Designs tab.

Click on "Replace Design".
The Select Image popup loads. - Select an already uploaded design or click on the Upload Files button to search for the design on your device.
- Click OK after uploading and selecting the design to be mapped.
The design is placed on the product in the selected area.
- Adjust the Area, Process, Position and Size as necessary.
- Click OK.
