Replacing a mapped product in DecoNetwork (DN) is sometimes necessary when product offerings change or need to be updated. This guide will walk you through the steps to replace a mapped product for Shopify products in DN.
To Replace a Mapped Product for Shopify Products in DecoNetwork
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Websites.
Click on the Manage button beside the store you want to configure.
- Select FulFill Shopify Orders from the Store menu.
The Fulfill Shopify Orders page is loaded in the work area.
- Click on the Orders tab.
- Click on the name of the product for which you want to replace the blank product.
The Match Product popup is displayed.
- Click on "replace" under the blank product thumbnail.
The Select Product popup appears.
- Search for product you want use as the replacement and click on it to select it.
The variants of the Shopify product are rematched with the variants of the selected blank product.
- Click OK.
