If you’re using DecoNetwork (DN) to manage your fulfillment, it’s essential to properly configure your products in Shopify to be fulfilled in DN. This setup ensures that your inventory management is seamless and your products are processed efficiently, helping you save time and reduce manual errors. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to update multiple products at once, enabling them to be fulfilled in DN.
To bulk-edit Shopify inventory for fulfillment in DecoNetwork:
- Open your web browser and go to your Shopify Admin page.
- Enter your login credentials and click Log in.
- From your Shopify Admin dashboard, navigate to Products in the left-hand menu.
- Click on Inventory to open the inventory editor.
- Select the DN shop location from the Inventory dropdown list. This is crucial if you manage stock across multiple locations.
- Select the products you want to edit in bulk.
- Click on the Bulk edit button.
The Bulk Edit screen is displayed.
- For each SKU, double-click in the cell of the DN store location's Available column or On hand column.
Make sure the Stock at this location checkbox is ticked.
- Click Save to update the settings.
- Click Back.
