When you use DecoPay as your payment processor in DecoNetwork, most transaction and payout management is handled directly in your Admin. While DecoPay doesn’t provide a separate Stripe “portal” to manage your linked Stripe account, you can access key Stripe account information via the Stripe Dashboard from inside DecoNetwork.

Prerequisites
You must have Administrator access in DecoNetwork to use this feature.
Why access the Stripe Dashboard
The Stripe Dashboard gives you visibility into your DecoPay financial activity when you need more detail than the built-in Admin views.
- Track payouts and balances to understand what’s available and what’s scheduled to deposit.
- Review earnings and recent activity for reconciliation and day-to-day finance checks.
- Access tax documents (such as 1099 forms) when it’s time for reporting.
How to access the Stripe Dashboard
Step 1: Open the DecoPay configuration
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.

Browse to Admin > Settings > Payment Methods.


The Payment Methods page will be displayed.

Click on the Configure DecoPay button.
The DecoPay configuration page will be displayed.
Step 2: Launch Stripe Dashboard

Click the Visit Stripe Dashboard button.
The verification screen will be displayed.
Step 3: Complete verification

Enter the verification code provided by Strip.
Once verified, the Stripe Dashboard opens.
What you can view in Stripe
Once you’re in the Stripe Dashboard, you can use the left-side navigation to access the sections most commonly needed for DecoPay management:
- Overview: View earnings and recent activity.

Balance: See your account balance and payout transactions.

Tax Forms: Access tax-related forms and documents (including your 1099 form, if applicable).
Best-practice tips
- Use a secure connection when accessing Stripe (especially on shared networks), since financial data may be visible.
- Keep your verification method handy (email/SMS/app) so you don’t get blocked at the verification step.
- Use the Stripe external platform for deeper finance checks, and use the Stripe Dashboard in DecoNetwork DecoPay day-to-day for normal payment operations.
Troubleshooting
I can’t see “Visit Stripe Dashboard”
- Confirm you’re logged in with an Administrator user account.
- Confirm you opened Admin → Settings → Payment Methods and then selected Configure DecoPay.
- If DecoPay is not enabled/available for your system, the Stripe access option may not appear.
The Stripe verification code isn’t working
- Request a new code and enter the most recent one.
- Double-check you’re using the code from the correct channel (email/SMS/app), if multiple methods are enabled.
- If you’re not receiving codes, check spam/junk folders (for email) or confirm your phone number is correct (for SMS).
FAQs
Who can access the Stripe Dashboard from DecoNetwork?
Only users with Administrator access can use this feature.
Does this change my Stripe account settings?
No. This simply opens the Stripe Dashboard for viewing and managing your Stripe-linked account information. Any Stripe account settings are still managed within Stripe.
What Stripe information is most useful for DecoPay?
Most users primarily use Overview, Balance, and Tax Forms to review earnings, payouts, and tax documents.
