Delete stores in bulk

In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the process of bulk deleting unused or unnecessary stores in DecoNetwork. Whether you’re managing a large portfolio of affiliate websites or just looking to clean up your store list, this feature allows you to quickly and efficiently remove multiple stores at once. By using the bulk delete option, you can easily streamline your account and focus on the active stores that matter most.

Once deleted, the stores will no longer appear in your Websites list and their web addresses will be inaccessible. However, if you need to restore any deleted stores, you can do so easily by using the "Include deleted" filter in the Advanced Search section of your Websites list. This gives you the flexibility to recover stores as needed, without permanently losing any data.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature
• This feature is only available on multi-store plans

To bulk-delete stores:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   

   

   The main work area shows the Websites List.

3. Tick the checkboxes of the stores you want to delete.
   

   You can select all stores by clicking on the checkbox in the title row of the table.

   
4. Select Delete Stores from the dropdown list.
   
5. Click on the Apply Action button.
   

   If you ticked the select all stores checkbox, a confirmation popup will appear asking you to enter the number of stores that you want to delete in order to confirm that action.

   
6. Enter the number of stores, then click OK.

   If you enter the incorrect number, a popup will be displayed prompting you to try again.

   

   It the correct number is entered, a confirmation popup will appear.

7. Click OK in the popup to confirm deletion.
   

   A Processing bulk action popup will be displayed showing the progress of the bulk action.

   
8. Click Continue once the Delete Stores action has completed.

   The Delete Stores action is not available for the Fulfillment Center's main store.

   Deleting stores will cause their decorated products to be purged. Once purged, these products will be permanently lost, even if the store is later restored. If you wish to preserve the decorated products in a store, consider setting a store close date instead of deleting it.
