Restore deleted store

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

To restore deleted stores:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.

2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   

   

   The main work area shows the Websites List.

3. Click on the advanced search tab.

   

4. Tick the Include deleted checkbox, then click Search.

   

5. Locate the deleted store.

   Deleted stores are indicated by the letter 'D' in brackets beside the store URL.

   

6. Click Restore.

   A confirmation popup will be displayed asking if you are sure you want to restore the deleted site.

   

7. Click OK.

   Please note that any decorated products that were in the store prior to its deletion will not be restored. Deleting a store results in the removal of decorated products.
