How do I access my 1099 tax form?

The 1099 form is an essential tax document used in the United States to report income earned throughout the year for business owners. It provides critical information for tax filing and ensures accurate reporting of earnings to the IRS. If you’re based in the U.S., accessing and downloading your 1099 form from the Stripe Dashboard is a straightforward process. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to access and download your 1099 form through the DecoPay Stripe Dashboard, so you can ensure you're ready for tax season.

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Settings > Payment Methods.

   

   

   The Payment Methods page will be displayed.

3. Click on the Configure DecoPay button.

   The DecoPay configuration page will be displayed.

4. Click the Visit Stripe Dashboard button.

   The verification screen will be displayed.

5. Enter the verification code.

   The Stripe Dashboard will be displayed.

6. Click on Tax Forms from the menu at the left.

   The Tax Forms page will be displayed with a list of available tax documents, including your 1099 form for the year.

   When your tax form has been filed, you will be able to view and download your form.

   Note that if an update has been made to any personal identity information including name, address, business type, or TIN, downloads will not be available for 24 hours.

7. Click on the View Form link next to the form.

   You will be prompted to provide the last 4 digits of the TIN that appears on your 1099 tax form.

   
8. Click Verify and continue.

   A new window will open with your 1099 tax form, allowing you to view and download it.
