The Activity tab on a customer's account record in Business Hub shows a log of all activities that occur on a Customer's or a Team Member's account, providing documentary evidence of events and changes for auditing purposes. All logins and notable changes made against the customer's account, including orders made, orders changed, payments made, account details changed and account details merged are recorded here.
When a Team Member makes a change to a customer's account, the change will also be recorded in the Team Members's Activity tab.

To view a customer's account activities:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Customers.
- Click View to open a customer account you want to check the activities of.
- Click on the Activity tab.
The list of activities related to the customer account is displayed in a table.
The Data column shows a description of the activity or change. In records that involve a change of the customer's details, there is a link to open a changelog popup to see what details changed. Click here for instructions on how to view the changes made when a customer's details have been updated.
To view the changes made to the customer details:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Customers.
- Click View to open a customer account you want to check the activities of.
- Click on the Activity tab.
The list of activities related to the customer account is displayed in a table.
Records that involve a change of the customer's details have a link to open a changelog popup to see details of the changes.
- Click on the View link at the end of any record that has one of the following descriptions:
- Changed in Business Hub
- Changed in Business Hub Account
- Changed in Checkout
- Changed by Customer Merge
- Changed in Manage Team
- Changed in User Account
The Customer Changes popup is displayed, showing details of the changes, including:
- Where the change was made
- The name of the person who made the change
- The date and time the change was made
- The original details; and
- The changed details
- Click on the CLOSE button to close the popup.
