The Use store contact details and branding setting lets you control whether your store displays its own contact details and branding or uses the fulfillment center’s details instead.
This setting is configured from your store’s Store Options page. It allows you to choose whether your store appears as an independent brand or as part of the fulfillment center.
If you do not see the Store Options menu, it usually means this setting has been controlled by your fulfillment center and is not available for you to change.

This setting determines how your store is presented to customers.

Step 1: Open Store Options
- Log into your DecoNetwork account.

Browse to Admin.
If you are the Fulfillment Center:

Browse to Websites.

Click the Manage button beside the affiliate store you wish to configure store options for.

In the left menu, go to Store Configuration → Store Options.
The Store Options page will open if this setting is available to your store.

Step 2: Choose your contact details and branding

Click on the Use store contact details and branding dropdown box.

Select one of the following:
- Show store details: your store uses its own contact details and branding
- Show fulfillment center details: your store uses the fulfillment center’s contact details and branding
Choose Show store details if you want your store to appear as your own independent brand. - Click Save.
When the setting is not available
If you cannot see the Store Options menu or this setting, it means the fulfillment center administrator has already decided which contact details your store must use.
You will not be able to change this setting unless it has been allowed.
In this case:
- Your store will automatically use either your own details or the fulfillment center’s details
- You will not see the option to change it
If you are the fulfillment center, you can allow store-level control via Admin → Websites → Store Options.
If you are an affiliate and you need to change this behavior, contact your fulfillment center and ask them to allow store-level control.

Troubleshooting
I don’t see Store Options in my menu
