Print quote/order

You can print quote and order PDFs directly in Business Hub without having to download first. Quotes and orders can be printed individually while you are viewing them. Orders can also be printed in bulk.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.

To print a quote/order:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
3. Click View to load the quote or order you want to print.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote or order, except on the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.

4. Click on Print Quote or Print Order.
   
   The system Print dialog will be displayed.
   

   Configure the print settings if required.

5. Click OK.

   Each time you print a quote or an order PDF, a note will be added to the History tab of the quote/order, making a record of the event.

   

To print order PDFs in bulk:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Orders.
3. Tick the checkboxes of the orders you want to print.
   

   You can select all orders displayed on the current page by clicking on the circle icon at the top of the checkbox column and clicking on select all orders on page and deselect all orders by clicking on deselect all.

   

   The number in the circle indicates the number of orders selected.

4. Click on Print selected orders.
   

   The system Print dialog will be displayed.

   
5. Configure the print settings if required.
6. Click OK.

   Each time you print a quote or an order PDF, a note will be added to the History tab of the quote/order, making a record of the event.
