Print quote/order sheet

You can print quote and order sheet PDFs directly in Business Hub without having to download first. Quotes and order sheets can be printed individually while you are viewing them. Order sheets can also be printed in bulk.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.

To print a quote/order sheet PDFs individually:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
3. Click View to load the quote or order you want to print a quote/order sheet for.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote or order, except on the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.

4. Click on Quote Sheet or Order Sheet from the Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on the Print menu item. The system Print dialog will be displayed.
   

   Configure the print settings if required.

6. Click OK.

   Each time you print a quote or an order PDF, a note will be added to the History tab of the quote/order, making a record of the event.

   

To print order PDFs in bulk:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Orders.
3. Tick the checkboxes of the orders you want to print.
   

   You can select all orders displayed on the current page by clicking on the checkbox icon at the top of the checkbox column and clicking on select all orders on page. You can and deselect all orders by clicking on deselect all.

   

   The number in the checkbox indicates the number of orders selected.

4. Click on the Order Sheets button, then select Print from the dropdown menu.
   

   The system Print dialog will be displayed.

   
5. Configure the print settings if required.
6. Click OK.

   Each time you print a quote or an order sheet PDF, a note will be added to the History tab of the quote/order, making a record of the event.
