Sometimes, customers may request changes to their login details due to reasons such as forgetting their password, wanting to update their username, or if there has been a security breach and the customer's account has been compromised. The Edit Login Details feature in Business Hub allows you to change the login credentials for a customer. The username can be changed and the password can be reset. Below is a step-by-step tutorial on how to edit customer login details.
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.
To edit a customer's login details:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Customers.
- Click View to open a customer account you want to edit.
- Click on Edit Login Details next to the Login Details section heading.
The Edit Login Details popup will be displayed.
- Edit the login details.
- Username: enter a new username.
- Password: enter a new password.
- Re-enter Password: re-enter the new password.
- Click OK.
