The Settings section in your Essentials plan allows you to configure the business account settings for your web store, including Localization settings, Contact Details, Payment Methods, and Domain Settings. (This is a small subset of the settings that are available on higher plans).
Consider moving to a higher plan if you want to be able to control settings for other aspects of your business, including, shipping, taxes, production settings, and more.

Localization
The Localization settings allow you to configure settings that are specific to the country or region that your business operates in, such as the timezone, measurement units, currency, and language. Click here for details on how to configure your Localization settings.
To configure your Localization settings in Essentials:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Localization.
The main work area will display the Localization settings.
- Configure the settings as required.
- Time zone: Select the time zone of the country or region that your business operates in. This will be used to set the date and time used on your DecoNetwork site and in Busines Hub.
- Product weight unit: Select the weight unit of all products in the system - i.e. kilograms or pounds. This enables the calculation of shipping costs by the weight of products ordered in the required unit of measurement.
- Product length unit: Select the length unit of all products in the system - i.e. centimeters or inches. This enables the calculation of shipping costs by the dimensions of products ordered in the required unit of measurement.
- Base currency: Select the currency that you want your DecoNetwork site to operate in - e.g. US dollars, UK pounds, etc.
- Language: Select the language that you want your DecoNetwork site to operate in.
- Click Save.
Contact Details
The Contact Details settings allow you to configure the contact details for your business. Configuration options are exactly the same as on higher plans.
To configure your Contact Details in Essentials:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Contact Details.
The main work area will display the Contact Details form.
- Enter your business contact details.
- Click Save.
Payment Methods
The Payment Methods settings allow you to configure the methods of payment that you will support on your web stores. You can set up a payment gateway for accepting credit card transactions, set up payment processing using PayPal, and also set up manual payment methods. Configuration options and access are exactly the same as on higher plans.
To access your Payment Methods in Essentials:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Payment Methods.
The main work area will display your currently selected payment gateway in the top panel and currently configured manual payment methods in the bottom panel.

Domain Settings
The Domain Settings lets you configure domain names that will load your web store. You can use either a DecoNetwork domain name from those DecoNetwork makes available to customers, or your own domain name which you have purchased separately outside of DecoNetwork.
To configure your domain settings in Essentials:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Domain Settings.
The main work area will display the domain settings.
- Configure the domain settings as required.
Existing store domains
The Existing store domains section lists the domains you have configured to load your web site.
Edit lets you choose another subdomain name and domain name to use for your web site.
Add custom domain
New domain allows you to assign other domain names to your website. You can use this to add your custom domain. Enter your domain name into the New domain box, without http:// preceding the name, and click Add. If you are using a root level domain (i.e. www.mysite.com), we recommend also adding your domain a second time with www in front.
Domain redirect
Redirect to Primary Domain when enabled, will redirect all traffic to your site through the domain name configured as the Primary Domain. We recommend enabling this when using a custom domain.
