Customers can quickly and easily reorder products from a previous purchase using the Reorder feature, accessible in the management section of their customer accounts.
How a customer can reorder products from a previous purchase:
- Sign in to the customer account from the store Login page.
- Click on the My Account link in the navigation menu.
- Click on Purchases in the left menu.
- Tick the checkbox of the order(s) they wish to reorder in the Orders list.
- Click on the Reorder button.
A popup will be displayed showing the progress of the reorder being processed.
- Click Continue when processing has completed.
The customer will be taken to the checkout process.
- Proceed through the checkout process to finalize the order.
