When you open a quote or an order to view you will be able to perform a number of actions and tasks to process the quote/order. You can edit the customer details, view and edit the quote/order details, view a summary of the decoration details, modify the decorations, modify the pricing, send customer notes and payment requests, process payments, create and view internal notes, view the email and notes history, and process the order.
To view a quote/order:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
- Click View to load the quote or order you want to view.
The quote/order is loaded in the main display area.
- Click on the customer name to edit the customer details.
The customer details page will be displayed.
- Click on a link in the Order Actions menu at the right to perform the desired action on the quote/order.
- Review any errors and warnings under the Order Errors/Warnings section under the order actions. To clear the errors, the order must be saved.
- Review any internal notes under the Internal Notes section under the order actions. Click on the Create button next to the Internal Notes heading to create an internal note. Click here for instructions.
- Select a tab beneath the order, shipping, and delivery date information to view other details for the order.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the Decorations cell to view a summary of the decoration details. A popup will be displayed showing a breakdown of the decoration types, areas decorated, the number of colors or stitches in the decoration, and the pricing.
- Click on the customer name to edit the customer details.
