This article applies specifically to the Essentials plan. Users on higher plans should read the Billing Method help article instead.
Billing method lets you review and modify the details of the payment method being used to pay for your DecoNetwork Essentials subscription.
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
To View or Modify Billing Method:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Account.
- Select Billing Method.
Your presently used credit card details are displayed. You can change your credit card details by clicking the Change Credit Card Details button located in the Breadcrumb Bar and Action.
Note, if you have any failed bills in your Billing History, you can open the bill after you have updated your credit card details and click Retry to pay the bill immediately. Otherwise, the system will re-attempt to charge your credit card at the next scheduled date, which is every six days from the last failed attempt.
