This article applies specifically to the Essentials plan. Users on higher plans should read the Billing History help article instead.
Billing History lets you review receipt of automated credit card payments that have been made to DecoNetwork for access to your Essentials account.
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
To view your billing history:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Account.
- Select Billing History.
A list of each attempted bill payment is presented in the main work area.
Payments against your account which failed are indicated by a red tab and charges which are canceled are indicated by a green tab.
You may expand the view of a payment by clicking on its receipt number or download the receipt as a PDF by clicking on the .pdf link. The expanded view of the payment contains a link in the Invoice Details section that reveals a breakdown of the fees, including any excess transaction fees.
