The Delete Company feature allows you to manage and remove company accounts in Business Hub. Fulfillment Center owners can perform a soft delete of company accounts, meaning the company will be removed from the active list but retained in historical quotes and orders, and can be reactivated if needed.

Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator or Sales Manager permission.
- Company accounts must not have any associated customer contacts.
Why delete company accounts
Keeping your company records clean improves efficiency and ensures accurate reporting.
- Remove duplicates: Clean up duplicate accounts created during imports or testing.

Delete a single company account
Step 1: Open the Companies list
- Log into your DecoNetwork system.

Browse to Business Hub → Companies.
Access the Companies list from Business Hub.
Step 2: Open the company record

Click View on the company you want to delete.
Open the company record.
Step 3: Delete the company

Click on delete company under Company Options.
A confirmation popup will be displayed.

Click OK in the confirmation popup..
The company account will be moved from the Active list to the Deleted list.
The company’s account information will remain available in all previously created quotes and orders.

- Cannot delete a company: Ensure there are no customer contacts linked to the account.
