You can assign an artwork job item to a particular artwork team member from the Artwork Approvals list or from an artwork job's details page.
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator, Artwork Manager, and/or Artwork Team Member permission to use this feature.
To assign an artwork job from the Artwork Approvals list:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Artwork Approvals.
The Artwork Approvals list is displayed.
- Click on (Unassigned), or if the artwork job is already assigned, click on the staff account name in the Artwork Assign cell.
OR
- Select a staff member from the list.
- Click OK.
To assign an artwork job from an artwork job details page:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Artwork Approvals.
The Artwork Approvals list is displayed.
- Click view to load the artwork item you want to assign a team member to.
- Click on (Unassigned), or if the artwork job is already assigned, click on the Artwork Staff Account name in the upper right-hand corner of the job.
OR
- Select a team member from the list.
- Click OK.
