DecoNetwork allows you to set up and manage the shipping methods that your web store will support. You can choose if and when each shipping method will be available in Business Hub and during checkout in the storefront. Read the Shipping Methods help article for instructions on how to configure and manage the shipping methods for your website.
Due to your configuration choices, you may find that some shipping methods may not be available in Business Hub or at checkout. This page outlines a number of reasons why this might be the case. If you encounter an issue that is not listed on this page, please contact the client services team.
Shipping Location Settings
You can set whether a shipping method will be available for international shipping only or domestic shipping only. So if the shipping address is a domestic address, then shipping methods configured for international shipping only will not be available. Inversely, if the shipping address is an international address, then shipping methods configured for domestic shipping only will not be available.
You can specify the zip codes that a shipping method will be available for. So shipping methods that are not within the zip code locations of the shipping address will not be available for selection.
You can also limit the states which a shipping method will deliver to. If a shipping address does not fall within the states covered by a shipping method, the method will not be available for selection.
The availability settings for shipping methods let you set which parts of DecoNetwork have this shipping method available as an option (Business Hub and/or website checkout), and which stores the shipping method will be available in. If you find a shipping method is missing from Business Hub or from a particular store, check these settings to make sure they are configured as per your expectations.
Missing Shipping Weights and Dimensions
Shipping methods can be unavailable if there are products in the cart that do not have shipping weights and dimensions specified.
The system will alert you about products with missing shipping dimensions and weights. You can see a list of affected products by clicking the issues icon (lightning bolt) at the top of your Admin area and then pressing View all issues. Look for the issue labeled Products not valid for live shipping methods. Viewing the details for that issue will show you a list of products with missing shipping dimensions & weights so you can edit them and enter the missing details.
Minimum Order Value Not Met
When configuring a shipping method, you have the option to set a minimum order value over which delivery will be free. The setting, "Require a minimum order value and make shipping method free", is located under the General tab of the shipping method configuration page. When this option is ticked, the shipping method will not be available if the cart/order total falls below the minimum order value specified.
