Step 1: Upload your correspondence logo
The correspondence logo appears in the top-left corner of quotes, orders, and invoice documents viewed by customers.

- Upload your logo file (JPG, PNG, or SVG).
- Choose whether affiliate sites can upload their own logo or must use the main account logo.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Configure the default marketing message
The marketing message is displayed on quotes, orders, invoices, and included in most automated email notifications.
- In Correspondence Settings, locate the Marketing Message section.
- Enter your message in both the Plain Text and HTML fields.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Update both plain text and HTML versions of the marketing message.
Step 3: Preview the logo and message in Business Hub
After saving your changes, you can preview how they appear to customers.
- Open Business Hub and select an order.
- Click View as Customer.
- Review the logo in the top-left corner and the marketing message on the document.
Step 4: Override the marketing message for order documents
The default marketing message can be replaced for specific order documents, such as quotes, orders, or invoices.
- Go to Admin → Settings → Email & Order Templates → Order Templates.
- Open the relevant template (for example, Order Sheet).
- Uncheck Use Default Marketing Message.
- Enter a custom message for that document.
- Save the template.
Step 5: Override the marketing message for email templates
Individual email notifications can also use a custom marketing message.
- Go to Admin → Settings → Email & Order Templates → Email Templates.
- Open the email template (for example, Order Shipped).
- Disable the default marketing message.
- Enter a message specific to that email notification.
- Save your changes.
Best-practice tips
- Use a high-resolution SVG or PNG for the cleanest logo display
- Keep marketing messages short and professional
- Align email-specific messages with the purpose of the notification
- Preview changes using View as Customer before going live
Troubleshooting
- Logo not showing: Confirm the file format is supported and the settings were saved.
- Old marketing message still appears: Check whether the document or email template is overriding the default message.
- Email shows different text than documents: Ensure both plain text and HTML fields are updated.
