Prerequisites
- You have Administrator access (or equivalent permission to view and export websites).
- Path: Admin → Websites.
- CSV files open best in a spreadsheet editor (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers).
Why export website data?
- Audit & reporting: Quickly review activity and key totals (orders, value, commissions, balances) across multiple sites.
- Operations: Share filtered lists (e.g., “customer-owned sites created this quarter”).
- Analysis: Slice by ownership, store type, or groups to spot trends.
Advanced Search Filters (explained)
Use Advanced search on the Websites page to narrow the list before you export. Below are all available filters and what they do.
| Filter | Description | Example / Notes |
|---|---|---|
| URL | Matches the site’s full or partial URL. | e.g. myclient finds myclient.deco-network.com. |
| Filters by the affiliate/store owner’s email address. | Accepts full or partial email. | |
| Name | Filters by website name (store display name). | Partial matches supported. |
| Ownership | Limits results by ownership type. | i.e. All stores, My stores (FC-owned), or Affiliate stores (customer-owned) |
| Login | Filters by the affiliate/store owner’s login/username. | Useful when you know the account username. |
| Phone | Filters by owner phone number. | Partial matches supported. |
| Group | Filters by store Group. | Great for segmenting franchisees, campaigns, etc. |
| Store Type | Restricts to a specific store type. | i.e. All stores, Campaigns, or Stores (standard stores) |
| Date Added From / To | Sites created within a date range. | Use both fields for a bounded range. |
| Total Orders From / To | Sites whose total order count falls within a range. | e.g. find sites with ≥100 orders. |
| Total Value From / To | Sites whose cumulative order value falls within a range. | Currency follows your account settings. |
| Commissions Cleared From / To | Sites filtered by cleared commissions total within a range. | Useful for commission reconciliation. |
| Status | Limits by website status. | i.e. All stores, Open, or Closed |
| Include deleted | When checked, also includes deleted sites in results. | Helpful for historical audits. |

- When analyzing money figures, confirm your currency and tax settings for consistent comparisons.
Troubleshooting
- No results? Clear some filters or verify date ranges (From must be ≤ To).
- Missing sites? Toggle Include deleted if you expect historical/closed sites to appear.
- CSV won’t open correctly? Import the CSV into Excel/Sheets and set the delimiter to comma.
FAQs
Q: Can I export all websites?
A: Yes—select all visible rows (or use pagination to select additional pages) before running the bulk export.
Q: Can I choose which columns are exported?
A: The website export contains a fixed set of fields (listed above). If you need richer data, combine this file with other reports (e.g., orders, payments) in your spreadsheet.
