Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator access to your DecoNetwork account.
- You must have a third-party payment gateway selected (e.g., Authorize.NET). The Cancel DecoPay option only appears if a gateway is configured.
Why cancel DecoPay setup?
Canceling your DecoPay setup is helpful when you:
- Started DecoPay onboarding unintentionally
- Decided to continue using another payment gateway (e.g., Authorize.NET)
- Do not plan to complete DecoPay verification
- Want to stop receiving reminder banners or warnings about incomplete setup
Canceling removes DecoPay from your configuration screen and restores your Fulfillment Center to using your existing third-party payment gateway without any DecoPay-related prompts.
How to Cancel DecoPay Setup
-
Go to Admin → Settings → Payment Methods.
Navigate to Admin → Settings → Payment Methods to view your active gateway and DecoPay status.
-
Under DecoPay, locate the banner or message indicating that DecoPay setup is in progress.
A banner appears when DecoPay signup has been started but not completed.
-
Click Cancel Account Setup. This appears directly below the banner and will remove DecoPay from your gateway configuration.
The Cancel DecoPay Setup action appears below the warning message when a payment gateway is configured.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
What Happens After You Cancel
- All DecoPay-related warnings and prompts disappear
- DecoPay is removed from your Payment Methods panel
- Your existing third-party gateway remains active
- You may restart DecoPay setup later if needed
Best-Practice Tips
- If you are testing your setup, consider using the Test Gateway to avoid DecoPay prompts entirely.
Troubleshooting

- Ensure the Test Gateway is selected or a third-party gateway is configured. The link is hidden when no payment gateway is set.

- Make sure you have admin privileges.
