Use the Designs tab in a customer’s account to view, upload, download, and delete artwork files uploaded via the Designer or added by staff in Business Hub. Each customer can have multiple designs on file, keeping their artwork centralized for quick access across quotes, orders, and reorders.
This improves accuracy with clear file details and uploader history, lets you quickly reuse approved files, and shows where designs have been used so you can tidy up outdated artwork without affecting past orders.

Best practice tips
- Standardize file naming before upload: Encourage your team to rename files with clear identifiers (e.g., ClientName_Logo_LeftChest.svg) so designs are easy to recognize at a glance.
- Reuse approved artwork whenever possible: Before asking a customer to upload a file again, check their Designs tab to avoid duplicates and reduce approval delays.
- Keep artwork tidy using Used Count: Periodically review designs with a Used Count of zero to identify outdated or unused files that can be safely removed.
- Upload the right format for the job: Store vector files (SVG, PDF) for print flexibility and embroidery-ready files (EMB/DST) for production, even if a preview PNG is also available.
- Confirm copyright ownership: Only upload customer artwork after verifying usage rights to protect your business and production partners.
