Converting an order back to a quote allows you to return it to a flexible, editable stage before production or fulfillment proceeds.

How to convert an order back to a quote
Step 1: Open the order
- Go to Business Hub → Orders
- Locate and click the order you want to update

Step 2: Access Order Actions
- In the order screen, locate the Order Actions panel on the right-hand side
Step 3: Convert the order
- Click Convert Back to Quote
- Confirm the action if prompted
Select Convert Back to Quote from the Order Actions menu

- The order is reclassified as a quote
- It appears in Business Hub → Quotes
- Production and fulfillment processes are halted
