Just some customer feedback we received today, is there any way to change the time frame for the saved layouts please?
I love the quality of the product and the speed with which you produced my two recent orders.
I find it annoying, however, that you send me an email every 60 days telling me to log in or lose my layouts in 10 days. No other organisation that I subscribe to has done that in the last 10 years. It used to be common, but with significant decreases in the price of storage, everyone stopped doing it.
Besides which, sometimes I am away, off in the countryside, with no email access for some time. If you send me one of your emails when I am away, I might not see it for more than 10 days.
I respectfully request that you change your frequency of notification to 365/30 days, instead of 60/10 days. As it stands, it is the one thing that would stop me recommending you to others.
