Gift Certificate upload confirmation and more gift certificate options

When you upload a csv file for gift certificates, it kicks you back to the main screen after the upload with no confirmation that the file went through, or no error message if it didn't.
I would like a "Your gift certificates uploaded successfully" type message if it works.
Would also like to be able to upload more info like recipient name, email, etc. We have to keep this info separately when we do a bulk upload which makes searching for a specific gift certificate tough.

We need a name and email attached to the gift card and for it to be sent to the email when we bulk upload!
Just like when we create 1 gift card within Deco! Its perfect, now to create a bulk upload version!
