EMB Text is too large, and no way to change it

Is this Apple?   Why cant I do what I want...if I want my embroidery text on a hat to be small I should be able to do that.    This needs to be fixed!!!

    Hi Curt Harris the font minimum and maximum sizes are specified by Wilcom whose engine powers the embroidery portion of the DecoNetwork designer. Your screenshot shows the font Arial Rounded in use which according to Wilcom has a minimum size of 7mm which is why you can't go below that.
