Adding Task to preproduction
Under ConsiderationI have noticed that we need a option in the deconetwork that would make it way easier to run the pre production. I use to work in a company that they had their own software and they had this option now printavo has added this feature . We need a task option that we could check mark before we could start production for example if we have to make ink , burn screen , artwork, and print films there should be an area that we could add task to the order so for ink there should be task that we could add ink number and the swatch next to it so we could check mark each ink that is made so at production all the ink we need will show .
on the screen lets say if it is 3 color they should be separate where you could add the order of the screen there . like if if the invoice is 555123 the first screen to print would be 555123-1
this way the printer will know the order of the screens ... they away the designer has assigned the orders. and the films the same way they should be separate so each film could be checked off. once all of the is checked off then we could assign production.
the good thing about this is when a printer is looking at the print work sheet they will see what ink goes to which screen and they see the order of the screens so they don't have to guess because the designer assigns that order for optimum quality
This way we neve had to look around to see what the order of the screens are or what we are going to use for ink it was all in the work sheet

I like this idea a lot Mousa.
We don't do Screen Print but I can see how this would benefit our other processes.
