Custom Panels [website editor]

I wish there was a way to export a row/column as a custom template in [Panel]. This way you can add the same design elements easily from 1 page to another. 

Add a drop-down option in the row/column toggle called export --> Give it a name (possibly category)

Then you can access your newly export row/column in the [panel] and drag it onto the page you are editing. 

Another big plus would be the ability to overwrite the template and have it update all existing pages using that template. 

Not sure if this has been asked before.
