Unmark As Produced in Business Hub
AnsweredToday I made the mistake of accidentally marking an item received and produced when it was not yet received nor produced. I called Deco Support and Erick was super helpful in helping me unmark the item as received, but could not unmark the item as produced. Although this was my mistake, things like this can happen and my worry is that it could be misleading and confusing to the customer when they see that an item in their order was marked produced when it was not. I think it would be extremely beneficial to make unmarking an item as produced a feature to correct any mistakes in the future.

It would be great to be able to go backwards all the way. Sometimes we accidentally mark something shipped that didn't get shipped or received that didn't come in.

Yes, I completely agree!

I definitely agree. Or sometimes, we find a damaged item after it's marked as produced, so we need to be able to record it as waste.

We click on Mark as Partially complete and then type in -1 (or whatever quantity) if we have marked it produced by accident and found a mistake and we need to replace!
IF the order has been marked as shipped:
We go in to the shipment, delete the shipmentThen go into production, click Mark as Partially complete, then put a negative number in for each of the item(s) that are wrong, and it will move them back in the ready for production column, and then we can mark them as waste!
Hopefully I understood your question and this helped! If not, please disregard!

Yes negative number input has been working for us whenever we accidentally mark as produced.

As has already been mentioned, the way to do this is to enter negative quantities into the mark as partially complete popup.
