Option to not send auto email when produced or shipped
Under ConsiderationI would like a check box or prompt so we can chose not to send a production email to the customer. Sometimes we forget to mark something produced or don't want a customer to know it was produced yet. If they get an email a month after they pick up it looks dumb. Also, sometimes we have a customer that doesn't need these emails so we would like to be able to turn it off for them.

Are you wanting to change that option per order? We turned off the production email default for all customers (for the reasons you mentioned). For shipping, we have it set to prompt whether or not we send a shipping email each time we mark as shipped.

Yes Teila, I want to be able to mark something as produced and have a checkbox or something that says do not send email. We have some customers we do not want that email to or for example, if we accidentally didn't mark an order as produced and they already picked up, we want to avoid saying your order is produced.

We would use this for when we forget to mark as shipped or produced. Looks silly when you send a produced email and they are already wearing the garments!
Also when deleting old jobs that are stuck on the system.

When marking an order shipped from within order, there is no option to NOT send an email notification. Please add a checkbox there also so can stop the notification to the customer.

Has this been solved yet? This is a very annoying problem. Customers write me emails back saying "I already have my stuff why are you emailing me" It looks very disorganized on my end
