Deco picks up gradients as multiple colors even if it is just 1 color. Wondering if there is a way to override the colors and call it what it is? It is confusing to customers and production staff when an order comes in with 9 greys and a white for a white gradient.

  YES YES YES! It makes it impossible to use this system for proofing when client's designs have gradients.

  YES!  Gradients and halftones are commonly used in screen printing, and the system does not pick either up very well. To show the proof, create a line for a free form product and upload the image that way - however the image uploads so small the customers cannot see it either.
