Set inventory settings on a per product basis

We need to be able to set inventory settings on a per product basis. 

 

For example.  

 

I have red printed tees that I have a one time run of, once we sell out of those, we want that product to be out of stock for good. However on most products we have inventory on (for blanks etc) we DO want to reorder or just sell out of them and keep them being able to be ordered.

  To elaborate more on this, in case it is needed. As it is now, we can only set the inventory settings for out of stock behavior on the global front. We are asking to be able to override a product to have that specific product have a different out of stock behavior than the global setting. Like my example above
