Website Inactivity Kick or Charge option + Bulk Deletion Action for Websites

I have 1674 websites on an unlimited legacy plan. I have now changed to Premium so I have a limit of 500 so I need to delete 1200 roughly. With a quick look over the pages of websites, it is easy to identify websites that are inactive, I can tick all the boxes next to them but this allows me to only export to CSV. Where is the delete button? There isnt one. So I am forced to manually open every single one and click open website/admin/delete/type reason/ok. 5 clicks with short to average load times between each click x 1200 deletions = a lot of wasted time. Like 8 hours.

Suggestion 1: Bulk Deletion: Just like in products, allow for bulk website deletion with a small drop-down  sub-menu for a reason like, for example: inactivity. This would then send an email to the website owner with the reason and delete the website

Suggestion 2: Website Inactivity Kick or Charge: In website settings, have an option in which we can choose the period of time (say a 6-12 month period) in which Inactive Website Holders get an automatic email advising them of deletion through Inactivity or a "holding fee" of $1 per month to be automatically deducted through their PayPal account. No fee or log in results in deletion. This would clean up the websites tremendously and provide possible extra revenue. Of course, this would all need to be covered in the T&C's.
