Pop up note when a specific customer is selected
CompletedWe use internal notes often for when a customer comes back but unless we remember to always read the notes, that info could get lost. Something like a discount or issue we had on previous orders. It would be nice if there was a check box by the internal note to "Pop up when customer is selected" to alert the sales person.
Examples of customer notes that could use something like this- Customer did not like sizing on last order, We owe customer 10% off next order, Double check ship to address, Do not email customer only call.
