Only send system emails to Deco users if they are the assigned account

I know you are able to select roles in deco but for us, we want everyone to have access to everything. There is not a great solution other than that. So I would like to have a way to only send system emails to orders they are assigned to. Also would like to have more options when it comes to assigning roles. Our roles are not the same as other businesses and I would like to pick and choose what users are allowed to do and see rather than having pre loaded roles that deco chooses.
