Outsource Production POs and Functionality

We use the Outsource Production piece of deco. As the production facility you can not receive stock which really doesn't make sense. We should be able to mark as received, since we are the ones receiving. I would also like the ability to raise the PO. Sometimes we are ordering goods for our customers and I would like to see it pop up so we can order.
