Would like to see better reporting, or at least the ability to control the reporting better. Tried to run a report that shows for a single store what was purchased and the customer who purchased it. The available report inside the store doesn't give you a detail report.
If you are in the store, choose Orders you can click on Export. It will display to you any export you have done in the past with an option to choose a summary or a detail. The detail view is missing the necessary data we like to include, Customer data. You already have the order and the individual items how come you can't include customer?
Another part missing - picking a date range; so you can't pick a date range on a report? Really?
After digging around, located at the business hub interface there is another report feature that lets you pull by date range. Great, but not so. It doesn't include a column which you would "think" was available, which store. You also can't customize this either.
My asks would be:
1. Have the ability to customize reports at the Store level, pick what fields to include including date range.
2. Have the ability to customize reports in Business Hub to include Store which the order came from. That way you can run a report for a specific store and get the customer data.
Also going to open a ticket; since it appears none of the feature requests submitted ever get looked at.
