Max amount for coupon code

Right now there is a min amount for a coupon code but we would like a max amount too. We have a few customers that use their site as a portal to give free items to top customers or employees. We want the ability to limit how much they spend. 

So 100% off up to $100 or something like that.

  We'd like to limit how much our customers get off their orders using a coupon code.  A NTE (Not To Exceed) amount on the backend would prevent us from having to manually adjust amounts when customers place their orders via our site.  Example, we want to limit a 10% coupon to no more than $200.
