Request quote fix...

When customers are requesting a quote, they often dont click on the "review quote" button, and thus the quote request never actually gets submitted.

I suspect we are losing quote opportunities because of this.

There is a quick fix for this.  Instead of the button saying "review quote", it could say "submit quote", taking them to the review quote where it gives them a final prompt to submit the quote.  Or it could simply submit the quote without reviewing it.

Please consider this, it's a very quick fix that will eliminate a lot of headache and lost sales for your customers.
