Restrict font size for all decoration processes (not just embroidery)

Since certain decoration processes have limitations for how small and detailed they can print (i.e. Vinyl, Engraving, etc...) it would be nice to be able to choose which fonts have size restrictions or at least enable an alert to tell the customer that size font may not work (similar to the resolution warning for raster uploads).
