Product Markup - for own uploaded products

We have to load all our products with the csv product import feature up. It would be nice if we could use the Mark-Up function also for own uploaded products. It is possible to add PiecePrice via CSV but it is not possible to use this price for the Mark-Up function. We added also a VendorRetail price in the CSV file but the problem there is we have to override the price for our products every time for different contract levels.
