White Label Art Proofs for Wholesale

The link for Art proofs has much higher rez images then the downloadable file. We have wholesale customers that need to show their customers art proofs who constantly complain about the clarity of the downloaded files. And the bigger issue is that if my customer sends their customer the art proof link they can go to the order and see how much my customer is paying for the decoration. 

It would be great to be able to send them an art link to my customer to forward to the end user to view and approve the art files but not be able to see anything else. A bounce would be "white labeling" the file so it would have my wholesale customers name and logo.
