Designer Template Improvements

When creating templates I have to scroll to the bottom and click on the chain to lock the proportions of every single object and line of text I add. I think the default should be locked so things are not being squished or sized incorrectly. It defaults this way for the customer facing designer but not on the create template page.

I would also suggest adding a "duplicate" button. Most times I am adding 2-6 lines of type per template and I have to run through the process of changing the fonts and sizing each time. This is just a huge time waster. If I made 1 line of type with font and sizing and just click a button to duplicate it as many times as I need then I can produce templates much quicker. Same goes for the unlocked proportions part mentioned above.
