Add “approve quote” button to the pdf form
Under ConsiderationHaving the option to approve or reject the quote directly from the PDF quote form, rather than having to click on the quote link each time.
We notice that probably 50% of the quote links which are emailed directly to customers from Deco end up in their spam or junk folders. Therefore, we tend to download the quote pdf and attach this to an email (using outlook). If the customer approves or rejects we then manually do this ourselves.
It would be great to have action buttons on the PDF form which will either approve or reject the quote. I’ve seen this done elsewhere, so should be a relatively simple addition hopefully.

We were having this same issue. Instead of sending the PDF just copy and past the link in the body of your email. The customer clicks on the link and then can selects approve. This is better than the PDF where they have to manually approve.
