Design Studio, Text/Design Resizing Adjustment Tools

Many customers use smart phones, tablets and they are having issues with getting hold of small rounds around text or design to be able to make bigger or smaller text/design. It would be easier if deco team can add large arrow icon as shown in picture along with lock/unlock icon to be able to stretch free vs searching for it to lock/unlock. Please vote, customer life depends on it!
