Customer Upgrade Options on Quote and/or Invoice

I would like to see customer upgrade options for items such as add-ons (rush order, premium coatings/options, etc). I would like to see this implemented as an option that is selectable on the quotation page and again on the invoice page, until a certain production stage has been hit.
