I have a few companies that we ship to that change their contact from time to time b/c of turnover within their business. When this happens I change the contact so that when I create a reorder the billing details update with the new contact. However, even though the billing details update the shipping details do not update. I have to manually go in and change the shipping details. To me the shipping details should update along with billing details every time. The customer is not even in my system anymore but it keeps their name on the shipping details.
